1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SEJ Ayurveda. By accessing our website, booking consultations, or purchasing Ayurvedic treatment kits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all visitors, patients, and users who access our services globally. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Nature of Medical Services

SEJ Ayurveda provides traditional Ayurvedic wellness guidance. It is important to understand the following clinical boundaries:

• No Medical Guarantee: Ayurvedic results depend on individual 'Prakriti' (constitution) and lifestyle. We do not provide a 100% guarantee of specific outcomes or speed of recovery.
• Educational Purpose: The content on this website is for informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice for emergency conditions.
• Consultation Nature: Virtual consultations are based on information provided by the patient. Accuracy of diagnosis depends on the accuracy of symptoms shared.

3. Booking & Consultation

Our expert doctors reserve dedicated slots for every patient. Please adhere to the following:

• Fees: Consultation fees (Audio or Video) must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Punctuality: If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled slot, the appointment may be canceled without a refund.
• Refusal of Service: SEJ Ayurveda reserves the right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting disrespectful behavior towards our medical staff.

4. Kit Orders & Payments

Purchasing our specialized treatment kits involves a financial commitment:

• Payment Accuracy: Users must provide valid payment details. Fraudulent transactions will be reported to legal authorities.
• COD Advance: To prevent fake orders and shipping losses, a non-refundable advance of ₹150 is mandatory for all Cash-on-Delivery orders.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on herb availability and manufacturing costs without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, research papers, treatment protocols, images, and kit formulations, are the exclusive property of SEJ Ayurveda.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our proprietary material will result in strict legal action under the Intellectual Property laws of India.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of the use of our services or these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
