Refund & Cancellation

At SEJ Ayurveda, we believe in patient-friendly transparency. Here are our clear guidelines regarding consultation fees and kit orders.

Consultation Fee Policy

To ensure dedicated time from our expert practitioners, all consultation bookings are subject to the following terms:

  • Audio Consultation: The nominal fee of ₹300 is fully prepaid.
  • Video Consultation: The fee of ₹500 is fully prepaid.
  • Non-Refundability: Once a slot is booked, the consultation fee is non-refundable as the slot is reserved exclusively for you.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to the slot by contacting our support team.

Kit Orders & Payments

Regarding Ayurvedic Treatment Kits (Skin Problems or Leucoderma), the following rules apply:

  • Advance Payment: For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, an advance token of ₹150 is mandatory. This amount covers packing and processing.
  • Advance Refund: The ₹150 advance is non-refundable if the order is canceled after 12 hours of placing it.
  • Full Payments: Orders paid in full can be canceled for a 100% refund only if the request is raised before the package is dispatched.

Cancellation Guidelines

We process orders swiftly to ensure you start your recovery journey on time. Cancellation depends on the live status:

  • Processing Stage: Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order placement.
  • Dispatched Stage: Once the kit leaves our research center, the order cannot be canceled or recalled.
  • Refusal at Doorstep: If an order is refused at the time of delivery, the advance amount will be forfeited to cover two-way shipping costs.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a package that is physically damaged or contains the wrong kit:

  • Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend filming a short unboxing video as proof for any damage claims.
  • Reporting Time: Claims must be reported to sejayurveda@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement kit at no extra cost to the patient.
Disclaimer: Ayurveda works on natural balance and individual metabolism. Results vary from person to person. We do not offer refunds based on "dissatisfaction with recovery speed" or "personal outcome expectations," as medical results cannot be guaranteed.

Refund kitne din mein process hota hai?
Approved refund requests 7-10 working days ke andar aapke original payment method mein credit kar diye jaate hain.
Kya main kit return kar sakta hoon?
Ayurvedic medicines 'Personal Care' category mein aati hain, isliye open hone ke baad ya deliver hone ke baad hygienic reasons se returns accept nahi kiye jaate.
